With over 30 years of experience in the nursing field, Wynne Simpkins, RN, MS has just about seen it all. Working as a staff nurse and nursing manager has offered her a unique insight as to what today's nurses face on a daily basis.
As a nursing consultant in the state of Ohio, Simpkins works closely with her clients to ensure their policies and procedures not only mesh well together, but also fall under the compliance of the state mandated requirements for nursing education programs.
Wynne has been a staff member on the Ohio Board of Nursing for over ten years, as well as acting as Executive Director for the Practical Nurse Association of Ohio for over 4 years. Coupled with her knowledge of real-time nursing, she more easily bridges the gaps between the nursing scope of practice and the expectations of the nursing staff.
